Not quite a month ago, I expressed my perplexity at the phenomenon that is twitter. I still don't quite understand it fully, but that hasn't stopped me from making an account of my own.
Granted, you'd never be able to tell just how hesitant I was about it looking at my twitter page. Heck, I practically used it to liveblog my completion of Final Fantasy VII. Speaking of which, I finally beat Final Fantasy VII, in case you hadn't heard.
I'll probably talk about it more at length later, but right now I will say that I'm glad I finally did so. For all the game's warts and over-hyperbolated fan praise, there is still a pretty good game hidden underneath there. Furthermore, it means I have now actually finished four Final Fantasy games, and I can almost claim that I have beaten every installment I've actually tried.
In discovering and embracing twitter, I do not plan to abandon this blog. I mean, how could I? I ramble far too much to contain myself to mere 140 character entries. Twitter instead servers as a place for little things that I would feel silly posting an update here about. Stuff like say, random observations about a game I'm currently playing. Also times when I'm bored and the only creative outlet I have is my cellphone.
Anyway, for those of you who use twitter, or simply want to see what I am doing at any given moment of the day, then simply click here and do whatever it is that you plan to do.
Note: This is not simply a shameless plug for attention. If I wanted to do that, then I would have written about how you click on the "Add This" button at the bottom of every entry and add said entries to you link aggregate service of choice.
